Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. This page lists the cookies externalsoftware.com uses. We use no advertising cookies. The Hark app itself uses no cookies. For everything else about your information, see our privacy policy.

Needed to sign in

• es_session (store pages only): keeps you signed in to your External Software account. It is removed when you sign out or it expires.

Website statistics

These help us see how many people visit, which pages are useful and where visitors come from.

• Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*): count visits and pages read. They last up to 2 years. Block them with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• HubSpot (__hstc, hubspotutk, __hssc, __hssrc): count visits and connect a contact form message to the pages visited before it. They last up to 6 months. See HubSpot's list of cookies.

The store pages do not use the statistics cookies.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. Blocking the statistics cookies does not affect anything on the site. Blocking the sign-in cookie means you cannot sign in to the store.
