AI note taker comparisons

Side-by-side comparisons of popular AI meeting note takers: features, privacy, pricing and who each one is best for.

Choosing between two well-known note takers? These head-to-head comparisons give a verdict up top, then the details: how each one records (a bot in the call or an app on your computer), transcription quality and languages, speaker labels, AI summaries, integrations, free plans and current prices.

Each comparison ends with a third option for people who would rather not have a bot in their meetings or keep their recordings in the cloud.
